Matt trained at the Guildford School of Acting.
Theatre credits include: Owen O’Malley in On The Twentieth Century (Union Theatre),
Mr Sowerberry in Oliver! (Louder Than Words Productions, Cyprus), Old Berger in Hair
(English Theatre Frankfurt), the title role in the workshop of the new Cat Stevens
musical Moonshadow for Nichola Treherne, Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Show
(National Tour), Prince John in Blondel (Pleasance Theatre, London), understudy to
Harry/Karpathy in My Fair Lady (National Tour), Grantaire and understudy Thernadier
in Les Miserables (Palace Theatre/Queens Theatre), Sunset Boulevard (National Tour),
Les Miserables In Concert (Scandanavian Tour), and The Trial (Brockley Jack Theatre).

Matt was a semi finalist for BBC 2’s Voice of Musical theatre in 2006. He is delighted
to be joining the company of Oliver! on it’s National Tour.
